Diana Joseph takes over the managment at the office of the Dean of the Faculty of  Theology at the Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena. She has been a member of the managing director's staff of the Imre Kertész Kolleg from October 2010 until May 2022. Among her multiple responsibilities, she supported and advised visiting researchers at the Institute, coordinated the project with the university administration, and organized the Kolleg's conferences, workshops and summer schools both in Germany and abroad. She was further responsible for the homepage and all of the Kolleg's internal and external communication processes. She received her Master's degree at the Dresden University of Technology in Applied Linguistics and German Literature and Language Studies. Prior to receiving her MA, she obtained her teacher-training diploma from the State University of Bălți, Moldova. During her studies in Dresden, she was a graduate student and trainee at the Regional Council and the State Ministry of Education in  Dresden, Saxony.
